How do I start?
Start on the web, or download beckett on your iPhone or iPad. The same account works everywhere, including the Mac app.
How does the free week work?
New web accounts get a free week, with no card needed and nothing charged when it ends. On iPhone and iPad, the free week comes with an App Store subscription for eligible Apple accounts, and it renews when the week ends unless you cancel.
Does one subscription cover all my devices?
Yes. One account works on your iPhone, your iPad, your Mac, and the web, and everything stays in sync between them.
Do I have to set anything up first?
No. Start by telling beckett one thing that's on your mind. The places are already there, ready to fill, and you can open any of them from Browse.
How do I cancel?
If you subscribed on the web, open beckett on the web, choose Profile and settings from your account menu, then Subscription, and choose Manage subscription. If you subscribed in the App Store, cancel in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Either way, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export everything from your account settings first, or delete your account entirely. The data retention policy has the specifics.
Are there ads, or a cheaper tier with ads?
No. beckett is paid for by subscriptions, full stop. We don't advertise in the app and we don't sell your data. Privacy
Will the ChatGPT, Claude, and Muse connections work with my plan?
